Ascot...here we come.

The season is upon us! At last.

It is commonly know that the standers of Ascot have perhaps been slipping, with an increasing number of bare midriffs, too much cleavage and generally too much skin. This year a new, more thorough set of guidelines will be sent out to the badge-holders to help avoid embarrassing entry refusals.
The main points to remember would include off-the-shoulder, halterneck and spaghetti-strapped dresses where the strap is "less than one inch wide" will not be deemed acceptable, a hat is not deffined as a few feathers and whether it's legs or decolletage, baring too much skin is the ultimate faux pas.
